Every morning, as I walk outside and take in the view (while the dogs are pesturing me to take them on a walk), I know that I love the location of my home. The down island views are incredible, and the breezes are a huge bonus.
So I saw this article on YAHOO and thought it was worth posting. I wholeheartedly believe that overtaxing the wealthy is a horrible mistake in the long term financial health of our country.
My mom came down over XMAS two years ago. Cara and I were able to make pretty much time for her visit, but we couldn't stop working all together. This is just too crazy a time in the Islands.
There are too many things to love about St. John. I mean, what a beautiful island. Much of my time is spent in the waters around the island, but that doesn't mean I don't love getting on land as well.
A little off topic from Virgin Islands Real Estate, but still worthy. So I was up in Seattle visiting my brother Peter, with the only requests being to drink some good wine, hang out with his girls, and see some great music.
