Cara and I had the pleasure of being invited to our friend's condo at Pinnacle. If you don't know this complex, it is an upscale gated community high on Mafolie hill, with exceptional town views.
What is perfect weather? Well, that answer is in the eye of the beholder. What I can tell you is I have heard no less than a dozen people state that each of the last five days has been perfect weather. It is really tough for me to disagree.
I love my landscaper. His name is Alfred Berry, his wife is Kelly, and they do a wonderful job on many of the properties we manage. Not to mention that they are great people on a personal level.
