The living room has two murphy beds, making it very hospitable with four guests (though more are possible with a sofa sleeper). The property is very beautiful, and a popular vacation rental location due to the close proximity to Sapphire Beach. It does not sit directly on the beach, but is a very short level walk (please see photos). The unit is accessed by a set of outside stairs.

Though this unit is rentable as is, and could immediately produce income, it is also ripe for a renovation. Many units at this complex have had complete overhauls to modernize. And at this listing price, it accounts for somebody wanting to do this work.
