Cara and I own this condo ourselves. We have put a ton of effort into getting it to great rental shape, and are just now finally putting it up on the market for such.
When we bought this condo last December, we immediately put in a long term renter. At that time, we got all brand new furniture: a high quality memory foam king sized bed, new sofa sleeper couch, flat screen TV, coffee table, dining table with four chairs. The tenant just departed in July, and we have since bought a new large dresser and also put a desk in the unit. We have all new linens and kitchenware. The sliders were just replaced.
Additionally, the kitchen was remodeled (with an island) before we bought it, and the bathroom was re-tiled in the shower and on the walls.
This condo is looking great and is now ready for vacation rentals. We are willing to offer some great deals to get it full, so contact us for your vacation rental needs.
