Bill Paying

Full bill paying services are available. All bills related to your property may be mailed directly to us so they can be paid from our escrow account. Typical invoices that we pay are: landscaping, pool services, WAPA, telephone, cable, internet, water delivery, maintenance, and anything else that you would like us to pay. There is no per check charge, this is all included in our monthly services. See the accounting section so you know how this is monitored and communicated to you as the client.
