Real Solutions provides monthly accounting for each of its property management clients. All finances related to the property are kept on Quickbooks Pro, which can then be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet. Expenses are properly categorized and labeled with a detailed memo so the client and his/her accountant knows precisely how every dollar was spent and what funds were distributed. These reports also detail the amount of funds held in escrow so funds can be replenished if necessary. The bill paying section will let you know more about how this service works.
