The sailing in the Virgin Islands is unsurpassed. This is where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Caribbean Sea, with countless islands and small cays. Scenery is amazing no matter where you are, weather is ideal in every season, breezes are near perfect. Since the islands were formed via volcanic upheaval, it takes a real bonehead to run aground. With our close proximity to the equator, tides are not a factor.
I have been sailing in the Virgin Islands since 1991. I have been to most islands in the Caribbean, sailed much of the Med, done the West Coast of Mexico, and been back and forth to many locations in the States. I loudly proclaim that the Virgin Islands is the best all around sailing in the World.
