Cara Jo Hinton first began working in property management after her arrival to the Virgin Islands in 1997. She initially worked for a company managing approximately 40 condominium units on the East End of St. Thomas. She then started working in appraisals, and soon after, selling real estate. She formed her own company, Hinton Management, in order to service her property management clients. These were primarily high end homes on St. Thomas, but also included condominiums. She has also worked for large Real Estate Brokerages on the island, in sales, and has had her broker license since 2004. With over twelve years of experience in most every aspect of Real Estate, she is able to provide most any service needed by Real Solution’s customers and clients.
